5-Star Fresh Salmon Patties
These salmon patties are a summertime favorites.
As you might have guessed, I love cooking salmon. This fish is always quick to prepare, delicious, and nutritious. After all, salmon is a good source of quality protein and healthy omega-3 fatty acids.

For this recipe, I prefer to finely dice or mince salmon by hand. Grinding salmon filet in a food processor will drastically change its texture and turn it into paste.
These salmon patties are made flavorful with fresh bell peppers, scallions and lemon zest. If you don’t have access to Old Bay seasoning, don’t fret. These patties will still be delicious. Just to let you know, Old Bay contains a mixture of paprika, celery seed, celery salt, salt, pepper, red pepper, and other “secret” ingredients.

Whether you sauté, broil or grill these patties, make sure not to overcook them. You can serve fresh salmon patties with fries, rice, or a zesty avocado salad. On the bun or without. Either way, enjoy!
