Aromatic Brown Rice

Brown rice is a nutritious whole grain that enriches your diet with fiber, protein, and selenium. While enjoying brown rice, you won’t get much of a respite from the carbohydrates. However, if you want a healthier version of rice, which doesn’t involve pulsating a cauliflower, brown rice is your best option.

Here is your chance to turn this bland, beige, and boring grain into an explosion of flavor. Aromatic brown rice will partner well with any protein or vegetarian dish.
