Granny Smith Raw Beet Salad

The easiest and the tastiest way to enjoy your vitamins!

  • 1 Large Beet peeled and shredded
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple shredded
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts toasted and shopped


  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Cinnamon optional
  • Kosher Salt



  • In the bowl, whisk Salt, Cinnamon, Vinegar, and Olive oil.


  • Wash and peel your Beet
  • Wash and peel your Granny Smith Apple
  • Grate the Beet and an Apple using the large side of a box grater.
  • Combine grated Beet and Apple with dressing and mix well.
  • Top with chopped Walnuts.
  • Serve on the bed of your favorite greens.


Hazelnuts and Pumpkin Seeds are another great option if Walnuts are not your favorites.
